Return Policy

At Brim, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a hassle-free return process.

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Contact Us Within 7 Days: If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the return address.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Caps that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hellobrim.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in the original packaging or a secure package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please send the package via a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting us.
  • We will process the exchange once we receive the original item and confirm it meets our return conditions.

5. Damaged or defective items:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at  hellobrim.pk@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
