- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Caps that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for returns.

- Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in the original packaging or a secure package.
- Ship Your Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please send the package via a trackable shipping method.
3. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting us.
- We will process the exchange once we receive the original item and confirm it meets our return conditions.
5. Damaged or defective items:
